In the year 2000 an angel, or shito arrived on earth. Scientist were sent to examine it. While the scientist were trying to put the angel (Adam) into an embryo state. But it self destructed itself and Caused the Second Impact. But the UN covered it up and said that a metorite had hit the earth. Of course the UN covered it up and said that a metorite crashed into earth. In 2015 the 3rd angel arrived and attacked and the fight began. The main charaters are Shinji Ikrai, Rei Ayanami, Souryu Asuka Langly.
