new MOO has to be my very favorite, but I do admit I'm biased. You see,
I had a personal hand in the creation of the site and it is very much a
part of my life and a great deal of my time and creative effort was
devoted to VirtuaPern. Personally, I don't think you could loose by
checking out the site. We feature a Fort Hold and Weyr with Healer and Harpercrafts, and currently the Xanadu Region in the Southern Continent with Xanadu Hold as well as Herder, Smith and Weavercrafts. The
very first MOO I was ever on was DragonsfireMOO, here's a quick
jump to it. It was where I really got introduced to the net, there's alot
of great people on there and plenty of good role playing. There's lots of
things to do, drop by a firelizard hatching, or get sucked into an
impromptu plot session! When you get on, just type who and look for
%staff. Or talk to me, Sh'lin, rider to green Belisanth, or Zhiangpu,
a Master at HarperHall. It's a good place to come on in and make a character, the Harper Craft, Healer

The newest member to
the Pern MOO family with rather interesting people is
StarStones MOO. A comfy
little site with a great
Official WebPage featuring Telgar Weyr and Crom Hold, plus various
other sites. Look for Kh'aena if you're there! There's lots to do there with
interesting OOC games as well such as the infamous Top-Ten-List (stops RP dead) and
the Card Guppies game that produces many a bitter lament on the public channels by
less fortunet players. They have just entered the 11th Pass and are opening Igen Weyr to IC role-play soon. ( mserv1.wizvax.net 9998)
While a small MOO, Dragons Dusk is comfortable and friendly: a place to relax. Roleplay if you want, chat if you want, nobody will think the worse of you for either. Set 100 turns after the end of thread and the deactivtion of AIVAS, DDusk features a world changed by new ideas and technology that juggle a sometimes uneasy balance with old traditions.
