I "Bibhu Aggarwal", Owner of Sports World and all website's held by it, hereby declare on behalf of myself and any other individual who has worked to create and maintain this website that we will maintain a stringant, moral norm within the website and ensure that we do not become associated in any way with sites containing any ponographic or sexually suggestive material. The site will also not be associated with or contain any distinct political bias and/or material that is racially or religiously offensive.
We pledge to maintain a professional, friendly and postive manner in all correspondence with any applicant or visitor to the Super Web Awards Program or website. While providing criticism of the website to inform the applicant of why is site lost marks or did not recieve an award (for the Super Web Awards Porgram), we will always refrain from using inappropriate or harsh language to convey our opinions. We seek to help applicants to the Program and will seek to provide constructive criticism in all instances.
We pledge to notify all applicants within 6 weeks of their application for any entry submitted after the 31st of January and will provide the results and marks their website recieved.
We pledge not to discriminate on the grounds of race, gender, nation of origin, profession, age (unless the applicant is under the age of 14 whereupon we cannot judge his site in compliance with COPPA laws), mental or physical handicap or any other reason which is not globally viewed as an illegal trait or manner of conduct.
We pledge not to divulge any information about any applicant to persons, groups or agencies not directly connected to our Award Program, and only then for the purpose of evaluating submissions, notifying winners or asking further questions about an award application or website.
We pledge that under no circumstances shall we deliberately endorse or promote any person, party or website that endorses, promotes or contains content which is considered violations of human and animal rights or any content that causes, or may cause denigration or damage to living creatures be they sentient or not.
We pledge to uphold these values to their highest pinnacle and never carry out an act against them.
