Summary: The Black Widow infiltrates the T-Bolts headquarters and draws the former Masters of Evil into the deepening mystery of Nefaria, Madama Masque and the Maggia! The Maggia are after ionic energy, the kind often manipulated by Baron Zemo! With their former leader and current enemy involved, the T-Bolts are more than happy to lend a hand. The team uses all their resources (and Techno's inside info) to track down Zemo's former lair. Once there, they discover the reason why the Maggia is after ionic energy...the return of an ionically-empowered Count Nefaria! Just as they make the connection they learn that Nefaria is in Nevada fighting the Avengers!! Fighting with Nefaria is the ionic Avenger Simon Williams AKA Wonder Man and the Thunderbolts' own Atlas!!!
