Want to learn a little more about the wild wild west?.......

Interested in learning more about our mission field?

This is the perfect opportunity to for me brag on my husband a little.  The Bible says nothing about bragging on 'other' people...so I do this with a clean conscience.

If you have not heard my dynamic husband preach...then you have missed out.   I am not just trying to toot his horn...he is REALLY and TRULY my favorite preacher.   Granted, I may be a little partial...but others have confirmed what I already know.  There is just SOMETHING about this man.

He has already preached through out this great country of ours...but our support level is only at around 85% right now.  So  a few more meetings would not be out of the question.

Many say he should have been an evangelist instead of a missionary.   That just how well he preaches....or maybe how loud he is.  haha

If you would be interested in having him come to your church to present this Navajo Work...or just to preach for you, then please feel free to call

(505) 368-5313 or leave a message with our sending church at (405) 789-4662

Do you think you would like to take a mission trip out to the Navajo Reservation?

Here are some questions you might ask

Q:  Can we come out and visit you on the Navajo Reservation?

A:  Of course you can!  We would LOVE to have you.

Q:  Do you have to be a supporting church to visit?

A:  No, you don't have to be a supporting church...but we do prefer that you are Independent Baptists and KJV only please.

Q:  Do you have dress codes?

A: Absolutely!  We are teaching and training these dear folks to serve the Lord.  Some of the only outside examples of 'how churches are supposed to be' will come from you and your group.  We want men to have long pants and short hair, and ladies to wear dresses and coulots.

Q:  What do we have to do to prepare for such a trip?

A:  Call ahead of time (505) 368-5313 and make arrangements.  We need to know who to expect, how many in the group and which days.  We still have tent revivals, meetings, and special services at our own church...so meetings need to be schedualed.

Q:  Where do we stay?

A:  Well, we have had several preachers stay in our home with us.  (those we know) and we have no problem with that.  But most would not be comfortable with a group.  Our trailer is only a 3 bedroom singlewide with very small rooms and 8 of us.  So a group would have to make arrangements.   If you have sleeping bags you could sleep out in our back yard...but I would not suggest the front because of all the stray dogs.

Q: Don't you have camp grounds or hotels in the area?

A:  Unfortunatly the only hotels are almost an hour away....but that is still an option if you are willing to drive to Farmington.

Q:  What about food?

A:  We are still in the beginning of our work, and not prepared to feed a crowd.  If there are only 4 or 5 in your group then my wife would be happy to help out with meals.  But we are not equipted to handle more than that.  There are several fast food places down the road though...McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, Sonic and Taco Bell.

Q:  What is the weather like?

A:  Depends on when you come.  The winter is very harsh and cold......we live in the coldest spot of N.M.   Spring is monsoon season....so there are several flash floods at that time.  They are few and far between....but very severe.  Summer is the best time to come.  It is very dry and very hot.  June being the harshest month because it is the most humid.   We have lots of dust storms...but they blow through in a matter of a few seconds.  I personally...would choose summer or fall.

Q:  What can we expect to see there, and what is there to do?

A:  Our work...of course.  We can go door to door soul winning...passing out tracts ect.  We will have services at our mission church if its on a church night.

There are many things to see and do in the area.  You can go to Farmington to shop.  They have a walmart super center...and a mall.

You can go to the Aztec Ruins, the Four Corners Monument, and even see Mesa Verde National Park.

Mostly its going to be hogans, mountains and lots and lots of Navajo people.  :o)

Q: What sort of Wild life is there?

A:  Thats a longggg question.  Although like most places....wildlife mostly keeps to themselves.  But here is a list of the things you 'might' find while visiting us.
