1. Outing is a Boy-Run event. The event is to be leaded by the Senior Patrol Leader (SPL), or the acting Senior Leader.
2. The Patrol method is practiced during the outing. Buddy system must be followed.
3. Patrol cooking can be arranged if scouts organize it in advance (Scout has to do it). In most case, scout cook his own meals.
4. Class A uniform – To & from the camp.
5. Class B uniform – When at the camp
6. Class A uniform includes BSA uniform, BSA Belt, BSA Pant, BSA socks, Troop 789 Neckerchief, and Hiking boots. The troop cap is good to have but not part of class A. Class B uniform includes the troop T-Shirt (or plain T-shirt), BSA Belt, BSA Pant, BSA sock, and Hiking boot.
7. Although we have set the returning time for each trip, Parents or Guardians have to be available for leaders to contact anytime for safety reason.
8. Actual returning time will be confirmed again. We will call about 45 minutes before we arrive. Parents or Guardians must be on time to pick up the scouts. Your leaders have work hard out there and want to go home as soon as possible.
9. NO FOODS & THINGS-THAT-SMELL ARE ALLOWED IN THE TENT. FOODS & SMELL ATTRACT ANIMALS.
10. No Open-toes shoes allowed in the camp. Everyone needs to wear Hiking boots.
