The library is on Smithbridge Road east of Kirk Road and west of Concord Road. The library is the township building which shares an entrance with one of the Garnet Valley schools. To get there from Concord Road, go west on Smithbridge Road (towards 322). The library will be on your right. I've had difficulty finding it from 322 - ask someone who's done it if that's the way you'd like to go.

The Salvation Army building is just up the street from Crozer Hospital.
From the west--Take Edgemont Avenue (Rt. 352) into Chester. Turn right onto West 15th St. Go two blocks and the building is on the left at the corner of Arbor Court and W 15th St.
From Wilmington and the South --Take I 95 North. Take exit 6. Stay straight to the first light. Turn left onto Edgemont Avenue (Rt. 352). Follow to West 15th St and turn left onto West 15th St. Go two blocks and the building is on the left at the corner of Arbor Court and West 15th St.
From Philadelphia and the North --Take I95 South. Take exit 6. At the end of the ramp turn right. Street will bend to the left and become 13th St. Stay on 13th (at one point it becomes 14th) until you come to Edgemont Avenue (Rt. 352). Turn right onto Edgemont and at the next block, turn left onto W 15th. Go two blocks and the building is on the left at the corner of Arbor Court and West 15th St.
Parking: You can park on the street infront of the building or on the side if space is available. You can also park in the parking lot in the back of the building. (Be aware that the homeless program is at the back of the building, and there may be homeless folks in the parking lot. If you park in the lot, go back through the parking lot gates and around to the front entrance.) Please enter the building from the front, 15th St. entrance
