| I have divided up my poetry into various categories because it won't all fit on one page, I have written too much! Obviously I cannot put up all my poems so here is just a selection of my favourites. Almost all my poetry was written in 1997 and 1998 when I was in my final years at school. At that time poetry was my way of releasing my emotions, writing was my way of escaping momentarily from this world and it was the only way I was able to express myself. I have since run out of things to write about, the words do not flow with ease anymore but sometimes I do find some inspiration and jot down a poem. I do not believe in re-writing poems over and over again, these poems express my feelings at the particular moment in time they were written and that is how it is intended. |
