Winner was Jesse Orriss
Inside the Notre Dame Basillica in Montreal. It was taken with a 30 sec exposure right at closing, but unfortunatly the caretaker decided to walk through the frame. I also got in trouble for using a little tripod - guess you're not supposed to! Taken with the Cokin Pola Blue filter.
