| Q. Why the hell isn't this damn website updated more often? CHAPTERS! I WANT CHAPTERS! A. woah there. breath. i only have one novel, damnit. i had tons more, but i always forgot to update them. but its updated pretty damn often, if youd check the updations page. most of the time its a new story, or i fixed something here or there or i got a new link or sistah site - but it is updated pretty damn often. and ill get to just to be close to you eventually - its already been going for over two years, what more do you want from me?!? Q. Okay, so I get the message. No new chapters for Just To Be Close To You. Where'd you get the name Blurring The Edges? And what's up with the brackets and dashes? A. im not sure, actually. i think i saw it on a defunt fanfic site when i was in my hanfic stage... it was in a sentence in a story, i do believe. but if there are any other sites named blurring the edges, then please inform me so i can send them hate mail for stealing my name. im kidding, but inform me anyway, ill link them. as for the brackets and dashes... i just thought they looked cool. Q. Jeez, why so privacy-happy? A. i plead the fifth. Q. Oh-kay. So why do you always write about Justin Timberlake, huh? What are you, some kind of Lance-hater? A. oh christ... you know the saying, write what you know. *shrug* i know justin. not personally, but you know what i mean. i wanted justin since i was nine years old... thats over a decade, sweet cheeks. its easy to write about him. i make no apologies for it - they are my stories. Q. Wait - they're not all your stories. I read this one story on FictionLyn's site and it sounded a lot like... A. oh fuck off. one, ive never even read FictionLyn stories. although im sure theyre good, thats not why i havent read them. i only read hanfic stories (hanson fan fiction for those of us who are anti-hansonite). i dont make a habit of going to other fanfic sites anyway, mostly because i dont have a whole lot of time on my hands. and two, i realize there are a WHOOOOOOOLLLLLE lot of nsync, bsb, hanson and o-town fan fiction floating around on the internet, and as creative as my little mind is most the time, im sure someone somewhere has had the same idea as me. so i think its time you accept that fact too. Q. Jeez, don't get all snippy with me about just one story- A. ill get as snippy as i damn well please, this is my faq. Q. Ok, fine. So how many stories do you have? A. lots. 10 bsb (2 novels, 1 in progress), 12 nsync (3 novels, all completed), 1 mmc (short), 3 hanson (all short), 3 o-town (all short), 2 WBS Penguins (novels, both in progress) and 10 non-boyband (all short) for a grand total of 41 stories. Q. Non-boyband? What the hell is a non-boyband story? A. umm a story that doesnt have any member of a boyband in it? should be self-explanitory. Q. So what are they about? A. read them and find out, duh. hehe. theyre mostly about my friends, or some stuff thats happened to me thats been altered a little bit. Q. So are any of them true? A. not exactly. i usually take a fact and twist and bend it until it looks like something that i would wanna publish. numb is a take on my senior prom, heaven on earth is a daydream i had about my 18th birthday, and the beginning of goodbye to you is about me performing with my cousins band, but the ending strictly came from my imagination. others like the better life have other bands in them, tbl has 3 doors down. Q. Oh, okay, I get it now. But explain something to me - what's the "WBS Penguins?" A. theyre the wilkes-barre/scranton penguins. theyre a hockey team. they play in an arena ten minutes from my house. theyre my boys :-) theyre the AHL affiliate of the pittsburgh penguins, and a large chunk of the players i write about have played for pittsburgh at one point or another. Q. So who's your favorite player? A. eric meloche. ive loved him since i was 17, since his rookie season in wilkes-barre. im so proud of my baby, hes finally in the nhl. him, and mario lemieux. you cant like pittsburgh and not love super mario. that would practically be blasphemy. Q. So that's why you write about him a lot? A. like i said before, write what you know. *shrugs* Q. Ok, I see. So wait, do you know any famous people? Can I have Justin Timberlake's number? A. yes i do and no you cant. no, actually, i AM justin timberlake. and you can only have my number if you exchange it with the number of a good hitman for bitchney. im kidding. i dont know nsync or bsb or hanson or o-town, not personally anyway. Q. So do you know any famous people? A. Umm... Well I met Adema and the lead guitarist for Simple Plan and BBMAK and a few members of Cypress Hill and *ATeens and Robbie Carrico (formerly of Boyz N Girlz United) and R Angels and a few other bands and groups that no one has heard about. and ive met a couple hockey players, but no one anyone that lives outside of wilkes-barre would really know. Q. That doesn't count. I'm talking about connections, jeez. A. oh. umm... well my cousin chris is in a band (formerly titled the screamin' jimmies, dont ask what the hell their name is now because i honestly have no clue), and he once recorded a cd with one doc holliday, who occasionally made appearances on Making The Band with o-town as their vocal coach. he also worked with bsb and nsync and britney, and im told that britney was a bitch to try and train vocally hehe. oh yeah, and the band recently opened for quiet riot down in indiana pa, at h.b. culpeppers, and from what chris tells me, he hit it off pretty well with the drummer, and theyve been emailing each other back and forth. so yeah, ive got connections. i never use them though. Q. Why not? A. cause. Q. Well that's a lame excuse. A. ok fine, you want the truth? Q. Yes. A. ok. ive tried. everything that chris tried to get for me fell through somehow. so yeah, hes a dumbfuck who doesnt try hard enough to please his favorite cousin. Q. Well that sucks. So why don't you have any more novels? A. not enough mental capacity to deal with a novel. its hard enough updating two. this is why i specialize in short stories. Q. Well why all the *NSYNC stories? I thought this was a BSB site. A. it was. but after a while, i decided that i liked both bsb and nsync. so i added more nsync stories. and after a while i decided i like nsync better than bsb. so i kept adding more nsync stories, just cause it was so easy to write about them. dont even ask me how o-town came into play. Q. How did you start writing about O-Town? A. *grumbles* well, i was forced to see them in concert my senior year of high school, and i decided that they werent that bad for a put-together boyband. plus, ashley has one nice piece of ass. Q. So what's with the MMC Stories? A. i was bored. and i felt like it. and ive never seen mmc fanfic before, so i thought i might start something. and i was a great big teeny in my day, mmc was the most kickass show since kids incorporated when i was nine. Q. So you watched MMC... Why don't you like Britney? A. cause i think she cant sing for shit and gets praised for it only because shes wearing a half shirt (sometimes less). in my humble opinion as a former-anti-britney webmistress, shes corrupting her young fans. i never saw little girls wearing spandex halters before baby one more time came along. so there ya go. Q. But she's really talented! A. go take your i-love-britney bullshit to a britney fan site, please, i dont take well to britney fans. Q. Oh, what are you gonna do? Bite me? A. i just might. Q.
