Here's a little about me.   I was born in December of 1975 in Portland, Oregon.  I grew up mostly in  Salem, OR.  I graduated from McKay High School  in 1994, and earned my associates degree from Chemeketa Community College in 1998. I joined the Marine Corps to be a graphic designer / photograher in 1998 and recieved an Honorable Discharge in November of 2005 after eight years on active duty.   I was a Sergeant when I got out, and was the production manager / PLT SGT for an entire Combat Camera Unit.

I have been doing art off and on since I was in grade school.  I took a few courses in college and started getting serious about the idea that I could do art, or at least graphic design, for a living.  I always wanted to be an artist or a musician, and I was blessed to be able to do what I love for a living.  I was trained on several diferent sofware applications and did several highly visable projects when I was in the Marines.   I enjoyed my enlistment, learned a great deal about my job as well as how to be an effective leader, and am proud to have served my country.

I have decided to get out of the Marine Corps and now work for the Bureau of Land Management as a Visual Information Specialist.
