Gracie Jiu Jitsu's world known son Royce, who showed a lot of people his style, and continues to teach it in California.

Marco patented the footstomp in the U.F.C. Here he is showing you one, and the other is vs Paul Varlenas.

What do you think? Tom Jone's knee is close in style to Marco's...I think it's just cool!

I'm dedicating this page to Royce Gracie, for the simple reason that in U.F.C. 1 he showed the world that the smaller fighter can win. (Not just with Gracie Jiu Jitsu, but with strength too.) We are no longer underestimated...thanks Royce.

Tom Jones knee to the rib, is a nice high lift...this is what I practise, and try to get as high as possible.

Marco's knee...Muay Thai all the way! He's 4 time champ so no explanation needed!
