Fairbanks to Denali National Park
From Fairbanks we began our journey on the Alaska Railroad. Several hours south on this scenic railroad brought us to the gates of Denali National Park. We took a bus ride into the park, where we saw the rolling expanse of tundra, rugged mountains, caribou, and a distant glimpse of Denali (Mt. McKinley).
