Tips
Drink
all the recommended water and then some.
Do
the "switch over" i.e. if you are a coke drinker, try
diet pepsi and vice versa; if you are a big mayo eater, switch
to mustard or spicy mustard.
Remember
that even a small loss is a loss.
Visualize
your goals.
Remember
your weight loss is going to come slowly.
Go
to your friends and family that you know will support you.
Find
an email loop or message boards with people on the same journey
as you.
Work
out, if its walking, going to the gym, whatever, just get moving.
Reward
yourself with things other than food.
Realize
you are worth it, and this is for you and no one else.
