blood red nights

This is a short story arc of mine revolving around a single character. You get to sit in his head and hear what he thinks (I think it's called first person writing). Any comments you have can as usual be sent to me at trwong@hotmail.com or just post in the guest book.

Part 2. In this arc of the story (the middle) I slow down the pace and offer more background on the characters and the city.

  • The Basics - Background data on the city.

  • Training - Training for the Deputies.

  • Forms - Working the forms of battle, shifting to stances within the mind of one.

  • A nights' work/A nights' pain - Putting out the fires

  • The theatre - All work and no play makes the Gangrel itchy

  • The Hunt - On the prowl looking for trouble

  • An Arrival - Ceremonies and interogations

  • The Pyramid - Another night on the job, another bad guy captured. Another string tugged, another layer uncovered. And the beginning of the end is here.

The third (and final) part of this series starts here.

  • Midnight - Battling for his life against a pack out for his blood. Sometimes, luck isn't enough.

  • Changing the Rules - When the dust settles, plans have to change.

  • Plans - Last break before the dance begins

  • Last Dance - Hell arrives and the last dance is here. The conclusion of this short story.

And that is it. That's all she wrote. Or he in this case. I'll be editing/altering the words, making the story flow better. Perhaps a few more additional chapters sometime to flesh the characters out, add filler. But the above is the barebones, and it's possible I might never add any other chapters. Any comments, please do e-mail me.
