Note : No merits taken as ST's have wised up to the flaws of Luck, Danger Sense, 9 Lives, Blase and Iron Will. (you don't need calm heart or unbondable since for the first, you could kick anyone's butt. And the second, it doesn't matter since if your actually playing this char you couldn't play a blood bond to save your life.)
However if you think you could get away with it, go ahead and grab them.
Flaws are not specified since they don't really matter as noted.
No Melee. This is because you have Protean level 2. You can get claws out and do AGG. Who cares about that pesky Masquerade.
Occult 5 since that way when people mention the term Kiasyd, True Black Hand, the fact that Tzimisce is still alive and that KotE are actually not really Western Vampires you can nod your head sagely.
Int 1, Cha 1 and Man 1 due to the fact you don't need to actually RP them out as no one will ever ask you. (And a possibility stands that you could never actually RP a char with more than those levels anyhow.)
Humanity is at 7 so that Garou with Scent Wyrm can't scent you. Not that you have to be scared of them.
Str, Dex and Sta are low since a) points should go into Disciplines and b)your 8th Generation. You can pump blood into said areas and upp them as needed. With claws and and cel 2/3 and potence 1 you don't need high stats anyhow.
Okay. I think that's most of the reasoning for the char. I'm sure some of you might be able to make a better twinked char but I think this one does fine.
PS : Once again, this character is a) Not real b) a twink char c) is meant for humorous purposes and d) Will never be played by me except as humour (maybe. Even then...). Use it as a warning for where you SHOULDN'T go with your character.
