Welcome to my website, Murasaki Bara. Formerly known as Elaby's Art and Anime
Webpage, this is the place where you'll find my shrines to various anime: We
Finally Meet, an Utena page; Hana no Bishounen, a Sailor Moon page; and a small
Ruin Explorers shrine. You'll also find my drawing tutorial (done by request) that
shows people how I draw. Please enjoy yourself ^_^ and if you'd like to e-mail me, you
can contact me at elabymoon@aol.com.
(January 4, 2003) Wow... it's been more than a year since I updated here. Anyway, I've
cancelled my Geocities service so I no longer have a ton of space (I wasn't using it and I
didn't want to pay for it) so www.murasakibara.net no longer exists. The address of
this page is as it was before: www.oocities.org/elaby_moon/index.html. Thanks for
coming to see my page, everyone ^_^ This doesn't mean I won't update anymore... I just
don't have any plans at the moment for anything new.
(November 11th) Not a very big update, but worthy of putting it on this page, I guess,
because it's something I actually made instead of just moving around web page stuff ^_^
I drew a bad quality doujinshi-type comic thing for my Utena page, that takes place after a part
in one of my fanfics. The update on my Utena page is a lot more detailed ^_^
(September 25th) My Sailor Moon page is back up. I took down a lot of pictures and
put some good links up. I'm mostly just moving things around so I can have more space.
(September 11th) Well, I got my new domain, www.murasakibara.net! Excited, aren't you? Well, there are going to
be quite a few changes around here. Mostly, I'm just moving things around so that I can fit everything
that's important into this account. I'll also be taking down my Team Rocket page, maybe temporarily, maybe
not >_< I'm just not even remotely interested in Pokémon anymore... and I need all the space I can get! So,
look out for a different format... it won't be too different, don't worry ^_^
Also known as Revolutionary
Girl Utena and La Fillette Revolutionaire, Shoujo Kakumei Utena is the best
anime I have ever seen. Seriously. I have been fortunate
enough to see the entire series (thank goodness for fansubbers)
and man, was it a heck of a ride. I can't recommend this show enough, and
I've worked hard to make my page worthy of it. It's actually pretty old, relatively,
so some of the stuff I've written (especially the character bios) aren't as in-depth
as I'd like, but maybe I'll get around to revamping it someday.
My long-awaited (maybe) Sailor Moon page, Hana no Bishounen is a tribute to all of the
cute guys that BSSM has to offer. It's got character analyzes for Mamoru, Kunzite, Zoisite,
Nephrite, Jadeite, and Fiore. It's nearly as big as my Utena page, and it's got all sorts of
fanart and a couple of fanfics I've written.
to my Ruin Explorers page. Ruin Explorers is a four-episode OAV series, a
sword and sorcery type thing, much like
The Slayers. I love this show a lot, it's got great characters, an interesting
plot, and the music is beautiful. I haven't got a very big page on it, but this was the
first anime that I
really fell in love with.
I'm still in a state of disbelief that this came
out so well *_* Uwahh... I love acrylic paint! I love it! And I love you, Utena-sama!
*snuggles Utena, who sweatdrops*
