Home: Cartooning

The majority of people tend to draw everything as a cartoon. Everything that they draw is made up of lines to show that something is taking up the space on the paper.

Simplest Form of Art

Cartooning is probably the simplest form of drawing, although there are many different styles, which differ in technique, skill, and difficulty, it usually depends on your natural ability to draw, but it can also be a learned skill.

Cartoons are Based on Simplicity

Most cartoons are made up of simple lines of fluid motion. And there are some cartoons where there are just shapes with staggered motion. Of course there are different styles of cartoons, which have their own signature to them. With cartoons that don't move, or even the ones that do, if it's done in the right w ay, then the lines don't even have to touch to show the definitions of characters.

Stick Figures

The simplest of cartoons are stick figures. A lot of people draw them. Even the masters of art draw them as a template before beginning a long process for their actual product. What most people don't realize is that they have the potential to draw miraculous intricate pictures, but it's just all in how determined you are.

Technique

Almost every artist has his or her own unique stamp on how he draws. Even the least skillful of them all has a trademark - a certain way he is used to drawing things. Sometimes the artist's technique is very noticeable, whereas other times it isn't really noticeable at all.
