Hitomi--She loves to predict the future using her Tariot cards, and she is very acurate as well . She also has visions of the future as well. She is involved in track, and is one of the better runners. She is 15 years old. She carries a pendant that was given to her by her grandmother. It swings back and forth once every second. She was transported to Gaea when Van appears before her to slay a dragon. It takes her forever to realize that she is in love with Van.

Van--A young boy who was made king of Fanelia just moments before it was burned to the ground. Is is kind of insensitive at first, but makes up for it later and falls in love with Hitomi. He is of Draconian heritage, which accounts for his wings.

Merle--A cat girl whom has a crush on Van and is constantly jealous of him and Hitomi. Merle had been his companion since he was very young, and they have grown quite close over the years.

Allen--A night from Asturia who aides Van and Hitomi with his group of men helping as well. He falls for Hitomi and had a reputation for flirting with the beautiful ladies

Folken--Van's older brother. He disappeared 10 years ago when he was susposed to slay the dragon to become king. Everyone believed that he had run away. He had lost his arm to the dragon, then became invloved with Dilandau.

Dilandau--He was origionally a girl (Celena). Allen's sister who was taken when she was young and experimented on. As Dilandau, the only way to describe him is crazy. He loves to batttle.

Balgus--One of the 3 master swordsmen. He had trained both Allen and Van. He died trying to protect Fanelia from destruction.
