| ENTER FLAMEDRAMON (Episode 55) Four years have gone by since the kids have been in the DigiWorld. In the real world, Kari, and T.K. find out that they are both in the same room together at school. On there way to school Kari, and T.K. meet the three new, soon to be, DigiDestined kids. They are Davis, Yolei, and Cody. Back in the DigiWorld, a kid that calls himself the Digimon Emperor is planning on taking over the DigiWorld by hunting down Digimon and turing them into evil slaves. He does this by using his "Dark Digivice". Tai E-Mails the kids in the real world (no-one knows how he got there) to see if they can come and help. When they get there the Digimon Emperor attacks them by sending Monochromon after them. Davis fixes this problem by finding his DigiEgg of Courage. |
| THE DIGITEAM COMPLETE (Episode 56) Davis and Veemon get caught by the Digimon Emperor. The Digimon Emperor ties them to the side of a mountain and takes Davis' digivice and D-terminal; this means that Veemon will not be able to Armor digivolve. Yolei and Cody go into a cave to look around and each of them fined their DigiEgg. Yolei and Cody pick up their DigiEgg and their Digimon appear. These new digimon digivolve and go to help Davis and Veemon. Once set free Veemon digivolves into Flamedramon and helps free the Snimon, Mojyamon, and Drimogimon from the dark rings. |
| A NEW DIGITUDE (Episode 57) While watching the news on TV, the kids see a broadcast about a young boy genius that won a computer-programming contest. His name is Ken Ichijouji. Meanwhile, back in the digiworld, the Digimon Emperor catches Elecmon and tries to make him fight with the other digimon. The DigiDestined come in to the digiworld in search of more DigiEggs. The Digimon Emperor attacks them and tells the kids that he is the only true DigiDestined. The Emperor sends Tryannomon to attack the kids, however, T.K. and Kari find both of their DigiEggs just in time. This allows their digimon to "Armor Digivolve" and Tyrannomon is defeated. Cody is determined to find the Emperor's true identity. |
| IRON VEGGIEMON (Episode 58) The village that Gabumon is taking care of is captured by the Digimon Emperor and attacked by his evil army of Veggiemon. The kids come to the DigiWorld as soon as they are able to and rescue Gabumon and the city. In doing this, they find a strange dark tower that they later find out gives the power to the dark rings. Once the tower is destroyed, the dark rings in that area will no longer work. Izzy figures out that a great number of these towers; also called Control Spires, need to be destroyed. With this done the digimon will be able to digivolve the correct way once again. |
| OLD RELIABLE (Episode 59) Gomamon tries to take on the Digimon Emperor and his slaves, but he gets beaten up and left out in the cold to die. Gomamon contacts Joe for help and when he gets the message he goes to meet up with the other kids to see what he can do to help. The kids go to help Gomamon in the Frozen part of the Digital World. While helping Gomamon the kids find yet another Control Spire. Gomamon and the other Digimon are faced with the Digimon Emperor's slaves. The other digimon end up having to Armor Digivolve to fight the slaves and destroy the Control Spire. |
| FAMILY PICNIC (Episode 60) Mimi comes to visit from America and meets the new kids. The group was having a picnic, until they are suddenly transported to the DigiWorld. There they find and destroy a Control Spire and finally find their way back into the real world. Despite all of this, Mimi has a very happy reunion with Palmon. That is after they battle and defeat the Roachmon brothers together. |
