| GUARDIAN ANGEL (Episode 61) The kids are still working to get rid of all the control Spires that are placed all over the DigiWorld. They are suddenly attacked by a group of Guardramon. The Guardramon are to strong and there are to many of them to fight off so they retreat back to the DigiWorld. Everyone except for Kari is able to get back to the real world. Davis thinks that it is all T.K.'s fault because he doesn't care for Kari, but this is not true. Andromon attacks Kari, but she is able to use her Digivice to make Andromon remember her. She finds out that a dark ring was controlling him. Once the spell is broken Andromon destroys the dark ring on him and the Control Spire. Davis and T.K. go back to the DigiWorld to find Kari, they bring her back safely. The Digimon Emperor comes up with a plan to take away the kids digivices. |
| KEN'S SECRET (Episode 62) Cody goes to the DigiWorld and finds out that the Digimon Emperor has put up another Control Spire. When the rest of the kids show up, the Digimon Emperor takes everyone except Davis and Veemon hostage. Pegasmon, Horusmon, and Nefertimon come to help out. Davis is told that he must choose between his friends, by telling the Emperor who he likes the best, the kid that Davis chooses will not be destroyed, all the others will. We find out that the hostages were not really real and that the kids are all safe. Davis did not know this at he time. The hostages were really Bakemon in disguise. Veemon and the other digimon battle the Bakemon and after a while destroy the Control Spire. The kids finally learn that the Digimon Emperor is Ken Ichijouji. |
| THE EMPEROR'S NEW HOME (Episode 63) Ken runs away from home and goes to the DigiWorld. The kids go to the DigiWorld thinking that this is where he may be, and they are right too. As soon as they get to the DigiWorld Meramon attacks them. Ken tries to catch Greymon and force him to digivolve, but Greymon digivolves into SkullGreymon and destroys the Control Spire, and also destroys Meramon and Dark Tyrannomon that showed up later on. SkullGreymon then De-Digivolves back into Agumon and is caught by Ken. |
| THE CAPTIVE DIGIMON (Episode 64) The kids decide that they must go back to the DigiWorld and try to rescue Agumon. Everyone goes to try to rescue him except for Yolei. While the kids are looking for Agumon, The Digimon Emperor is running experiments on Agumon and creates a new "Dark Spiral" to try to control him. Back in the Real World, Yolei somehow finds out where Agumon is at and sends a message to rest of the DigiDestined. Without Ken finding out Wormmon sets Agumon free, but when Ken finds out Wormmon tries to get Ken to run his experiments on him instead of Agumon. However, Ken doesn't like this idea, so he recaptures Agumon and takes control over him with the help of the new Dark Spiral. Yolei and Matt come to the DigiWorld and join the others in the search for Agumon. |
| THE STORM OF FRIENDSHIP (Episode 65) With the use of the dark rings, Ken forces Agumon to digivolve into MetalGreymon. Meanwhile, the other kids know that they are getting very close to where Agumon is being held by Ken. While searching, the kids find a strange digivice engraved with the Crest of Friendship. Garurumon tries to remove the Dark Spiral from MetalGreymon, but it is no use, the Spiral will not come off. Davis's digivice responds when he realizes he is also important to the group and that he must let his digimon battle MetalGreymon, in order to save his friendship with the others. Raidramon double armor digivolves and destroys the Dark Spiral allowing MetalGreymon to digivolve back into Agumon. |
