Alberta Distance Learning Center offers adult upgrading for students needing upgrading cover Grades 7 to 12. Most of the academic courses (English, Social Studies, Science, and Math) can be taken either by distance learning (correspondence) or internet.

A mature adult students is a student who is 20 years of age or older on September 1 of the school year. There are some sources of funding available for eligible mature students living inside Alberta. For more information refer to the Funding & Scholarship Links.
