Come one, come all, no pre-registration; please bring your own board if you have one!

Tournament Details - The tournament will be a jackpot-style knockout, with 9 or 11 point matches depending on the number of entrants.  There will also be side events, including short matches, one-pointers, and Nackgammon, as players request.  Registration is on the day of the tournament from 1 to 1:30 PM.  No advance registration or reservations will be taken.  Entries will not be taken after 1:30 PM so that the tournament may start on time.  Entry fee is $20, cash only.  Prizes will be awarded to 1st and 2nd in the Main Bracket.  90% of entry fees will be returned in prize money.  Prize awards and payout may be adjusted according to attendance.
The tournament will be conducted according to United States Backgammon Tournament Rules and Procedures.  Copies of the rules will be available from the Tournament Director.

Directions to Lucky's Grille - Lucky's is at 5387 Roberts Road, (614) 771-7766.  It is accessible from I-70 west or I-270 on the west side.  Here is a map at Mapquest.  If you’re into trying new things, I’ve had excellent results making maps with the new maps.google.com.  You might want to give it a try sometime when you’re surfing around.  However, you won’t be able to see who’s winning by zeroing in on the patio or the front windows with earth.google.com, because those satellite pictures aren’t in real time.  You’ll have to come yourself to see the action!

From the North

• Take I-270 West
• Take the Roberts Road exit, exit number 10
• Turn right (west) onto Roberts Road
• Go 1.7 miles.  Lucky's Grille is on the left in the Big Bear plaza

From the South

• Take I-270 West
• Take the Roberts Road exit, exit number 10
• Turn left (west) onto ROBERTS RD
• Go 1.9 miles.  Lucky's Grille is on the left in the Big Bear Plaza

From the West

• Take I-70 East
• Take the Hilliard/New Rome exit, exit number 91.
• Turn left (north) onto Hilliard Rome Rd.
• Go 2.0 miles to Roberts Rd.
• Turn right onto Roberts Rd.  Lucky's Grille is on the right in the Big Bear Plaza

From the East

• Take I-70 West past 270 on the west side
• Take the Hilliard exit, exit number 91B
• Merge onto Hilliard Rome Rd. and go 1.7 miles to Roberts Rd.
• Turn right onto Roberts Rd.  Lucky's Grille is on the right in the Big Bear Plaza
