Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Refrigerate to chill. Garnish with a spig of fresh mint. (Flovoured yogurt can be substituted for a fruity taste-omit garlic in this case.) |

Pomegranate Drink |

2 c. pomegranate juice or 1/2 c. grenadine syrup |
|
|
|
juice of 2 lemons |
|
|

cold water |
|
|
|
1 t. orange blossom water |
|
|

sugar to taste |

|

ice cubes |
|
|
|
Place pomegranate juice or grenadine in 1quart pitcher. Add lemon juice. Fill pitcher with cold water. Add orange blossom water and sugar. Stir to mix well. Serve over ice if desired. |
