Skyline: A helicopter appears over the city.

Plot: For the 5th year in a row, Frasier is running for president of the condo board. And for the 5th year in a row, Martin tells his son to prepare not to be elected, since there is not one person in the building whom Frasier has not annoyed in some way. A comment from Daphne gives Frasier the idea of letting Martin run against him. Martin would then win, and he would be a "puppet" to Frasier. Martin agrees, as long as he gets the one thing he wants - wider parking spaces.

The election occurs and Martin wins 15-2. Frasier is secretly pleased and starts coming up with some great ideas for Martin to "think of." However, Frasier doesn't come up with the wider parking spaces so Martin backs out of the deal, thinking he can run things himself. Martin soon faces problems though at the next condo meeting when almost everyone has a complaint. Frasier however can save the day - but will he help his father?

Meanwhile Roz thinks Niles and Daphne want a threesome with her, and when things are cleared up they keep teasing her about it...
