We stayed close to the capital, Banjul, and liked the street scenes. Every day I bought fruit from a street seller.
Saw goats, that were for sale, being herded through a street.
We visited the nearby hospital to take Christmas presents for the children.
We took a two day trip to Senegal where I photod these children playing with a home made toy.
We took a trip on River Gambia. As it was dry season one could safely paddle in the shallow water. There was little water flowing down the river and sea water advances up river. The crocodiles cannot live in the salt water so they head up river.
Also show ladies pumping water and taking it home.
