United States of America.
Florida and Arizona.
As a boy I wondered if I would cross the Atlantic in later life.  Never did I expect to be able to make several trips there or indeed hold an American Drivers Licence.
We have only visited two of the Florida theme parks.  We do stay a few nights in Orlando area where I had a picture taken of me.  The theme was instant ancestors and here I pose as Davy Lodge.
The beach parks (free entrance and parking)  on the Gulf Coast are great for a relaxing day free of travel when staying in that area.  We have stayed at New Port Richey. The the wild life, and in particular the wading birds,  are always worth watching.
At the Everglades National Park a ranger takes regular daily walks and provides information.  We found a road about seven miles long with alligators laying along side and in the water.  I understand that they will slink away if approached as they do not like to "towered" over by people.  The theory was not tested by us.  We made a second visit to Everglades in November 2003 but the water levels were high and we did not see many alligators.
We were at Daytona Beach on the day preceeding Thanksgiving Day and saw several veteran motor cars including the Ford shown below.  I understand many more were paraded there the next day.
Florida sunsets are always worth watching. The sun sets early, around 5.45pm EST, in November.
A few years back we visited Palm Beach and walked on the pier. I was able to take this photo of a pelican.
Lastly a picture of myself in Monument Valley Arizona, the setting for John Wayne's 1939 film Stagecoach..  We made a trip there in March 1999, flying into Las Vegas, and seeing Grand Canyon.
On bottom row are three  favourite photographs from previous holidays.

Fishing in the Gulf of Mexico at Hudson Park.  A local man kindly loaned me a rod. I caught nothing but lost my bait.
