Weekly Assignment Sheet
This is a weekly assignment sheet, made to be printed and used for one child. Simply write in the child's name at the top, where indicated. You can then add the lesson plans per subject and the week that is planned. The little boxes in the right, upper corner, are for the child to check off, when the work is completed. I usually run off two copies per child, I give each child their copy of their assignments, and I keep one in a three-ring binder. That week's lessons are at the front of the book for me to follow, and make notes, etc. The previous week's plans are moved to the back of the book for future reference if needed.
Daily Assignment Sheet
This is a daily assignment sheet, which can be printed and used for daily assignments.
Quarterly Report Card
This report card, has a blank area for you to write in your school's name on the front, or perhaps you could have a stamp made, or if you have Microsoft publisher, you can take this idea and redo it to fit your needs.
Daily Grade Record
This is a template for keeping track of your child's grades per month. Simply write in the month and record each daily grade.(Just a note: I accidentally uploaded this as a three-page document, with two pages having headings for certain months. Please excuse this error until I can get it replaced and for now, just print page one. I apologize for any inconvenience.)
L.B.A. News
Our oldest daughter Sarah, decided it would be fun if we had a school newsletter. It's also a great way to let others know what we're up to! You can download this file to see what we've done, or just to view how we set up our newsletter if you'd like! Why not start your own newsletter today? (This was created using MS Publisher. If you have Publisher and would like a copy of our newsletter e-mailed or mailed to you, please e-mail me and I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can. Thanks!)
