KILIMANJARO

In December 2003 I travelled to Tanzania, Africa to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro.  When I arrived, I teamed up with nine other traveller's from an adventure tour company called Exodus. It took us 5 days to ascend along the little-used Rongai route on the north side of the mountain.  It took a day and a half to descend along the more popular Marangu route on the south side.  Eight of us reached the top.
