TELEKINESIS

I have divided this section into four weeks , since many of you asked me for a step-by-step method to learn telekinesis.



A good Mind needs a good body. The remaining part of this page would help you , in a step by step manner to go through all the stages of Mind Mastery. But there is a price that you have to pay, for getting a powerful brain, and that price is a dedicated organised approach. Go through these exercises, one by one, and DONOT skip any part of it and Jump to the Next part.I have divided these exercises into two sections, the first deals with cleansing your Body and the Second week deals with Cleansing your Mind. Follow the procedure word after word, as indicated, and have patience. Remember Rome was not built in a day!



OVERVIEW OF THIS SITE



This site teaches you Telekinesis in four Easy steps, that cover a period of four weeks.

The First Week: Helps you with cleaning your physical body, and maintaining a good balance of Internal fluids.

The Second week: tells you how you can cleanse your mind, and remove any old depressions.

The third Week: is the final week, which explains the cleansing process of your Aura. Once this is over, you are ready to start with the telekinesis exercises.

The Final Start: This page contains telekinesis exercises. The telekinesis exercises will be constantly updated with new information, and exercises will be constantly added. These exercises on the page, will help you to become a telekinetic in a step by step approach. Any Questions you have can be posted on my Message Board and I'll reply to it. Also any exercises that you find suitable for developing aura may be submitted in the message board, and I'll add them to the site, after detailed examination.
 



Before you start this Mind quest, or any other Mental exercise, I suggest you stick with the following for atleast a week.

1. Drink lots of water, maybe 8-10 glasses every day.

2. Have 6-8 hours of sleep at nights, fix a particular time slot for sleep, and stick to it.

3. Maintain a clean body, try to be as clean as possible. A bath in the morning and one in the evening for example, would make you feel great.

4. Keep a good mental state. AVOID ARGUMENTS. and never scream or shout at anyone. Keep yourself cool. When you quarrel with somebody, he is not the only person who is hurt, you are hurt too. Your mind gets irritated, your blood boils, and your pulse and metabolism rises, you end up with a headache. Better avoid that.

5. Do atleast 30 minutes of Aerobic exercise everyday. (15 mins if its Anaerobic). Why I recommend Aerobic exercises is that Aerobics help you to increase your metabolism, and activate your glands, without tiring you too much, nor boring your mind.
 


Success begins with the first step, because its as simple as taking a step in the right direction.

 

Here you will learn to clean your Mind, and prepare it for achieving Mental power. During this week, CONTINUE the exercises in week 1, meanwhile additionally do the following. By no reason should you discontinue the activities that you started in your first week.

This week deals with removing mental blocks and unfavourable memories of the past.

        The second week involves Mental Cleaning. Babies are born with perfect emotionless minds. As the years pass, we tend to accumulate emotions in our mind, which leads to hatred, jealousy , anger, shock, resentment..etc. It is indeed a difficult task to rid oneself of all emotions, and thats not what we are going to do either.

        Emotions as such are not highly harmful. But these emotions are meant to dissolve over a period of Time. There may be incidents in our life, that affected us badly. The emotions created during these incidents may remain lost within the Million neurons of our brain. They prevent our brain from achieving its full potential, and during later stages of life, they may cause mental disorders, and stress.

    Many people are totally pessimistic, due to some incident of the past that affected them badly, like the death of a dear one, or a personal loss. Mr X was one such person. When I met him for the first time, he was complaining to me about his failures in life, about how he had been cheated in business, and how he had hit rock bottom. His wife had left him, and he was in shambles. He continued to explain his problems to me. He had counselling for two weeks, and felt confident after that. I happily sent him home. But within three days he returned. He told me that he was sacked from his office, because of his carelessness. I asked him to meet me the next day.

    The next day he arrived on time. I talked with him for three hours, and on close interaction found out that his parents had dies when he was nine. He was brought up by his Uncle, who never gave him the freedom to do anything. No matter how good he was, his uncle always criticized him, and scolded him...telling him constantly that he was a 'good for nothing brat'. This had taken deep roots within his brain, and he continued to believe that he really was a failure. This mental state made him meet with failures in life. I was astonished that there was so much about this person, that I didnt know earlier. All of a sudden I started to feel some concern for him. I asked him to meet me after two days, as I was a little busy then. When he came to me on the second day, I asked him to lie down, and close his eyes, and I took him to a relaxed mental state. Then I asked him to review each and every stage of his life in his mind. I asked him to visualise each stage of his growth mentally, and tell me what he sees. When he came to the time of his mother's death, he couldnt control himself, and started crying. Again when he was telling me about his Uncle, and the way he treated him, he got nervous and started crying to badly that I had to wake him up , out of hypnosis.I told him to meet me the next day.

    Now I had known the root of his problem, and I had to help him to correct it. I was a little busy the next day. I never charge for my counselling and treatment, because I do it only as social service. I am working with computers.

    When Mr.X came to me the day after that. I again guided him through the same procedure. He again cried, but not as badly as before. And he felt relieved after the session. The next day we repeated the preocedure again, and he was smiling throughout, telling me that it was so childish of his Uncle to treat him like that. Then I knew that he was cured. After that I sat with him and explained that the root of his failures was himself. I played him the audio casette in which I had recorded his first and second sittings with me, and clearly showed him his decreasing level of emotions. He was surprised and told me " Boy, I never knew I had that much of emotions piled up in me." I told him that these emotions were hidden up deep within him, and by letting them out, we had cured his problem. He was surprised, and admitted that he felt great. I asked him to come the next day for the final session. Within my heart I was sure that he didnt need one.

    He didnt come the next day, just as I had thought. The following day I got a call from him. He told me that he had met his boss in a restaurant, and talked with him. His boss remarked that he had never seen a happier and more enthusiastic person berfore, and called him back to the office, with a raise of course. His boss was highly impressed and so were his colleagues with the amount of transformation that had come to him. He told me " I never told them how I got transformed into the confident person I am now, and I am sure that will remain as our secret. You wont believe me, if I tell you that I will not need another session from you ever again".

As we see above, an early incident in the life of Mr X remained dormant within him, discouraging his mind, and making him a total failure. Once he realised that, and let out those emotions, he was able to return to his fully optimistic self.

We too have incidents in our life, which might have left dormant emotions. These emotions are in a way harmful to us. So this week, we should focus upon removing these emotions, or in otherwords letting them out. The exercise below will help you with that. You should do this exercise throughout thise week, and thereafter once every month.
 


The Exercise: First of all, wear loose clothing, or loosen your clothing. Then turn off any distractions in the surroundings. Have one or two glasses of water.Sit down, or lie down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Exhale and inhale evenly and deeply, and count your breathing. Now pay attention on your legs, and relax them with each breath. After about five breaths, your legs will feel comfortable. Now move your focus to your stomach, and chest. Relax these areas individually. Then finally relax your hands and head. On each area, remain focussed for as long as you choose to.After you feel that your entire body is deeply relaxed, feel yourself getting heavier with each breath that you inhale.

Take a deep breath and mentally picturize the number 5. With the next breath picturise the number 4. Repeat this till you reach the number 1. Now you should be feeling highly relaxed, and your brain is now working at the alpha-level, or the sub-conscious level. This level, is a relaxed state of mind, where all your positive suggestions have direct access to your mind, and the role of logical thinking is eliminated.

Now think about your past, the day you were born. Its okay if you dont remember, it will just come to your mind. Pass through your life, as a child, a teenager and an adult. See all these in your mind, and pause for a few seconds at each stage to rethink whatever happened during those days. If you are able to remember atleast one incident, then consider yourself lucky, for the thread will continue. You need to exert no more force, other events of your life will slowly flow to your mind one by one. If at any point you feel like laughing, go ahead. If you feel like crying , dont hesistate.Let out all the emotions that come to you. Give them a way out.If something mkes you feel depressed, then cry, for that relieves you of your depression. After about half an hour, or when you feel, simply come out of your hypnotic level, by counting from 1 to 5.

As soon as you open your eyes after the count of 5, tell yourself firmly "The emotions I have gone through, have left my body. I have allowed them to escape, and thus relieved myself of deep rooted emotions"

Repeat the above exercise, once every day for the whole of this week. Meanwhile simultaneously follow the procedure for the first week. Once the second week is over, you can pass on to the third week.

                                                                 

Welcome to the Third week. This week we will continue with cleansing the Aura. The term Aura will make more sense to you after you read this document.

During this week, you need to follow simultaneously the activities of the first week , and not the activities of the second week.

According to ancient mythology, we have a spiritual body in addition to our Physical body. The spiritual body comtains the physical body, and they occupy the same space.When we die, the spiritual body returns to the Higher self and the Physical body decays. The spiritual body then takes on another physical body and is reborn. Now, since I am not much in support of spirituality, let me refer to this spiritual body as Etheric Body.

Speaking in simple terms, you can assemble all the human organs, and create a human being, but it wouldnt be complete without life. So there is something else in addition to out physical body, which makes us live. This 'life-force energy' often referred to as 'prana', is the basis for survival. This energy drives us, and makes us breathe, eat, talk and Live. So how does this 'life energy' get into our body. This is where the spiritual body comes in, playing its part as the mediator. This etheric body, recieves the 'life-force' from the higher cosmos, and supplies it to our Body.Here the spiritual energy recieved by the spiritual body is transmitted to the physical body. Another case is when we build up Emotions. Emotions are non-materialistic things. You can never show where your anger, hatred , or joy is located. and very soon , your emotions move out of your mind. These emotions pass through your spiritual body back to the cosmos. Now , both these places we see that there has to be something between the physical body and the spiritual body, that coverts the energy oh physical scale, to spiritual energy and vice versa. This is achieved by rotating discs called chakras which are placed in a spiritual dimension on the surface of your body. Chakras resemble wheels, and they keep spinning 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, churning energy. Its their duty to remove the unwanted emotions from the physical body, to the spiritual body from where it goes on into he cosmos. Also the 'life energy' recieved from the cosmos by the spiritual body is converted into hormones, and energy by these chakras.

There are 7 Major chakras, located at seven key points on the body. The details of these chakras are tabulated below.

The rotation of chakras causes the efficient flow of energy. There is another envelope of energy around the etheric body known as The Auric Shield. This Auric shield or Aura is all around our body, containing energy that reflects our mental and physical state.Thus the aura is actually a ball of energy, which contains our physical body, spiritual body and oour chakras. Aura can be viewed as an extension of our physical body. Aura is present around every animate creature. Aura has energy which may be in various colors pertaining to the mood of the person. Great people , like ascetics and wise men, have a visible glow around their body or at the back of their head. In ordinary humans like us, aura is not that extensively developed and so , it may not be visible without proper practice. The width of an aura can be from a few feet, to many kilometres in ascetics.

As I told you, aura contains both Good and Bad energy. So how do you clean this Aura?...........The answer is simple, clean the negative energy from the Aura, simultaneously energising the chakras, so that the chakras efficiently remove any future negative emotions, and your aura remains filled with the good energy alone.

Below I have given a few exercises for Energising the Aura, Follow any one of these exercises, regularly for a period of one week along with the exercises of the First week.

 


Always make it a habit to breath through your nose. I see many people breathing through their mouth. this type of breathing not only makes the Aura worse, but also makes out body susceptible to infections. Breathing through the nose is the healthiest way to breathe. The nasal passage is lines wth hair that filters out infection causers.Also the mucous membrane warms the air that passes through it.

In hindu mythology, breathing through the left nostril is called Ida and breathing though the Right is called Pingala. Balanced breathing through both nostrils lead to a better Aura. Other religions say that Ida and Pingala aer two nerves passing through the body, which represent the male and female energies within. The Ida is energised through left nostril breathing and the Pingala through right nostril breathing. When balanced breathing is present, both the nerves are balanced, leading to bneficial effects for both the right and left hemispheres of the brain.

The Exercise:

Sit with your eyes closed. Place your tongue behind the root of your upper row of teeth. With your index finger, close your left nostril, and breathe through the right. Hold your breath for four seconds, and release the left nostril, and close your right nostril with your Thumb, and exhale through your left nostril. Once again inhale through the same left nostril, hold it for four seconds and exhale through the Right nostril. Now inhale through the Right nostril, hold and exhale through the left. Continue this process for ten minutes. It is even more beneficial if you can rest your focus on the tip of your nose while breathing.

Start with Inhaling for 3 counts, holding for four, and exhaling for three. Then slowly increase the counts to achieve a target of inhale for 6 counts, hold for 16 and exhale for 6.

At the End of ten minutes, you will feel very relaxed and optimistic. Your Aura is cleansed.

 


This exercise relies on the ability of Visualisation to cleanse the Aura. Sit down in a relaxed manner and close your eyes. Try to relax each part of your body progreeively. Once you have achieved this, visualize a vortex of glowing white energy forming a few feet above your head. See it shaped like a torpedo, ready to suck up negative energy from the surrounding. With every breath that you take, see the it getting more energetic and bigger.

See the vortex descending slowly, through your crown, and sucking all the stagnant debris on your aura. Feel it suck up the mass of negative emotions and leave your aura clean and sparkling.Let the vortex descend down to your legs, sucking in negative energy all along.

Allow the vortex to descend through your aura, down to your feet, cleansing your aura all along the way, and then , way down right to the centre of the earth, where it may be used to fertile the lesser known realms.

A well blanced, perfect exercise of this type would take about 5-10 minutes, try to do one more session of the same.

 

        This exercise is the most productive of all the exercises I have mentioned. It combines the power of visualisation, together with the power of hearing and speaking, to create very large amounts of Energy.This exercise also stimulates the power of vision and is a necessary step in learning to see auras with the naked eye.

        Sit or stand in a comfortable position. See a white light flowing from the heavens to your body. Be astonished by the brilliance of the light. Slowly let it surround your body, creating a perfect ball of energy around you. Start breathing comfortably , and with each inhale repeat the word 'AUM' (pronounced as "aaaaaaah.mmmmmmmm"). The reason I choose this word , is that we just need a syllable to concentrate our energy upon. Any word can be chosen by you. This word 'OM' according t Hindu religion contains spiritual powers, and can energise the person uttering it. So why not give it a try! Repeat this word with each breath. And see your white ball of energy getting more and more brilliant, rotating on its central axis which passes right through the centre of your body.Repeat this for 4-5 breaths.

        Now concentrate on your breathing, and with each exhale, speak the word "OM". Do this as before for 4-5 breaths. Each breath , see your surrounding energy ball getting stronger and more brilliant. Finally see this ball settling around you, and merging with your aura, repelling out all the negative energies from your aura. See the energy flowing down from your head to feet along the left side of the Aura, thereby strengthening that side, and up from feet to head along the Right side of the Aura, strengthening the right side. Repeat this for 5-10 breaths. Then see the energy flowing up along your back from feet to head, and down the front side , from head to toe. Feel this energising the front and back of your Aura, repeat this for 5-10 breaths.


        Now visualise the positive energy in your aura goung down through the outerside of the Aura, down to the Earth, and then rising up through the centre of your body, and spouting like a fountain above your head.as the Fountain spouts, see the seven colors of Energy (violet, indigo, blue,green, yellow, orange, red). Let the fountain remain so, flowing and protecting you , and maintaining your energy , spreading light to everyone that pass by you!

 

 


1. Sunlight strengthens and Energizes the Aura.
2. Eating less food, more frequently is beneficial to the Aura.
3. Fresh Air does good to Aura.
4. Natural Landscape are soothing to Aura.
5. Meditation helps Energize Aura.
6. Chants at times have a beneficial effect on the Aura.
7. Music does wonders
to the Aura.
8. Fragrances have a good effect upon the Aura.
9. Crystals like quarts, amplify the energies in the Aura, and can be used for quick recharges.

 

TELEKINESIS EXERCISES

        Below I have mentioned a few exercises to improve your telekinetic abilities. These exercises usually dont come off at the start. You should start seeing results in one to two weeks, if you have followed the three week schedule perfectly.

 

THE FLOATING MATCHSTICK EXERCISE

 

Apparatus: A large bowl of water, a wooden matchstick.

Procedure: To start with , this exercise is relatively simple. Fill the bowl with water to the brim. Slowly, and very carefully , float the matchstick on the surface of the water in the bowl. Take care to see that the matchstick does not move too close to the sides of the bowl. Suspend it somewhere in the centre.

Place your hands above the surface of water in the bowl, without touching the matchstick, feel the energy flowing out of your hands, to the match stick and moving it in the direction you want it to move.Concentrate all your attention on the flow of energy between your hands and the stick. If the match stick moves in any other direction, dont try to will it to come back to the direction that you have in mind. Instead let it go, and give it a boost in the direction in which it moves. Soon you will realise that the matchstick is moving under your influence and the motion of the stick is not random.

ROTATING COMPASS

Apparatus : Standard Direction Compass

Procedure: Under most cases , I've observed that the compass becomes unusable after this exercise. Place the compass on a table, and slowly relax your head and eyes. Stare at the compass, and will the needle to rotate. Imagine the needle rotating. Focus on it, and spend some time feeling the needle rotate.If necessary, place your palms a few inches above the compass, and will the needle to rotate. Donot try to force it to rotate, instead gently will it to rotate.

An easier way is to tell yourself that you have to believe that the needle can rotate, because till you get that belief in your mind, its impossible to make the needle rotate.
