Tenpou Gensui
Tenpou Gensui was the military tactician for Heaven's West Army, which was ruled by Hojun and Li Touten.Tenpou was a brilliant man, knowledgeable of things going on in the upper levels of Heaven, and was capable of doing dangerous things. He was potentially dangerous to the upper levels.
He also enjoyed reading about wars on Earth. Because of this, he had a huge library in his room. He often dragged Kenren, Konzen and Goku to help him clean up his room.
Tenpou did not like popularity very much. Even though he was of a higher post than Kenren, who was a Taisho, he allowed Kenren to rule over him. There are also implications of a yaoi relationship between the two. *grin*
