| A get together for parents and children interested in the physical and holistic benefits of yoga. This is a casual session where parents and children can learn some simple Yoga poses in a fun relaxed atmosphere. It is preferable that parents stay and learn alongside their children - this will enable the yoga practice to flourish outside of the class. Please bring some healthy food for a shared lunch after the class. |
