The Birthday Party!!
In July, the State Queens had their first get-together!! They had their birthday party which was held at Jordan Lake. All of the girls brought picnic items to have with the hot dogs that Mr. Dwight and Jason cooked! YUM! But, of course, mean-ol Maia made the girls sit through a meeting before they could get to the FUN stuff...like eating, presents, cake, and swimming. The girls and their parents got a "sneak peek" at what's in store for the upcoming year, as they shared ideas on new projects, and talked on how the improve our old ones! Thanks to Mr. Jeff Knox, the girls were able to go tubing on the lake...how exciting!!! The first gathering of the 2000 State Queens proved to be a fun and exciting event.

Meet the State Queens
The 2000 North Carolina Sensational Miss Queens were crowned in May and have already started their year of outings, service projects, and performances. Each of the Queens have prepared their own page to keep you informed of all they are doing at home, with their titles, and at school! We encourage out Queens to be well-rounded...and you will see that they most definately are!
