Rebekah was crowned Baby Miss North Carolina Sensational Miss at the 1999 State Pageant. This year, we had no babies that competed...so we asked Rebekah to be our Baby Miss for yet another year! We were so thrilled when she agreed to be the 2000 Baby Miss North Carolina Sensational Miss.
