About This Site
The layout you see before you is actually my second one. I created my first a couple weeks before I created this one. My first one is a light blue one with kind of wintery feeling to it (I will put the old layout up for people to see soon). It is also a frame layout. However, I soon grew tired of my other layout (it wasn't very good ^^;). So I created this one in its place. This layout took me alot longer to design than my other one, but it was worth it since the layout came out the way I wanted ^^.
With a new layout I also came up with a new name. I named my old site Tea Seidou, with "Seidou" meaning "Shrine" in Japanese. However, I decided the name "Wishing Upon A Star" to be more fitting for this layout. The stars in the layout is definitely one of the reasons for the name. The other reason is because of Tea's wishes. One of her wishes is to become a dancer, the other one is to be in a relationship with Yami (as hinted in the anime, more of my opinion on couples are in the Couples section of the site). Thus hence the name "Wishing Upon A Star", for the old belief states that if you wish on a fallen star, all of your wishes will come true. Let's hope Tea's wishes will come true also.
One of the main reasons that I design my own layout is because it is really difficult to find a good Yu-Gi-Oh layout online (if you have tried it, you will know what I mean ^^). Creating my own layout is not only fun, but it is original.
If you are wondering what image editing program I use, it is Photoshop. It is a great program with alot of neat features. I will recommend this program to anyone who is looking for a good image editing program. As for the HTML editor, I use the good old Notepad, which comes with every Window operating system.
Because I have spend a heck of alot time creating this layout, I ask people to please do not take my layout and use it for your own website. It will show your originality and creativity if you designed the website layout you are using by yourself ^_~.
