The Hooters of Baltimore, Maryland is located downtown in the second story of what basically amounts to a Food Mall right on the water. The food was well-prepared and the first waitress I had, Aimee, was not at all friendly. Apparently there was a hockey game going on (I think the Capitals were playing) and a lot of her friends were at the restaurant watching the game... So I basically got ignored for an hour. After about 30 minutes though another guy, Alan came and sat down at the table next to me and we began talking. So eventually I moved over and sat with him, mainly because his waitress, Jennifer, was quite a bit more friendly. That's when the camera came out and we got all of the nice little action shots. Overall, quite a good experience, but like most Hooters, you have to pick the right waitress.
