MANCHESTER CONVENTIONAL SYSTEMS
			Even with the purchase of a citywide 800Mhz Trunked System, many agencies are either very slowly moving to the system or electing not to use the system but continue using their own conventional system. The Fire Department is slowly preparing to move their operations to the trunked system. The airport, housing, water works and transit authroities have no short term plans to ever move to 800Mhz even though they've been assigned talkgroups on the trunk.
