Lordship

A Lord of
The Kingdom of Inethria is the most prestigious rank below the Commander, King and Queen. The King can only grant the rank of Lord. With such importance comes great responsibility and requrements. A Lordship's primary duties are to see to all soldiers, cavalry and bowmen, and Captains alike. This includes ensuring each member is adhering to the laws of the Kingdom. In time of battle, he reports and is under the authority of the Commander. A Lord is to see to the well being of his House. This includes supporting Knights. He is quite wealthy and has many resources at his disposal. He is very skilled in combat and leadership abilities. The ideal Lord will use his wealth to aid and strengthen the Kingdom. However, the less liked Lord will do the opposite and horde his power. In absence of the King, it is expected that the Lords of Inethria take over command and see to the well being of the Kingdom.

A Lord is expected to assist any new members to the guild and make sure they receive proper guidance. He is to take on Knights and support their financial needs. In doing so, he has the right to any earnings the Knight may acquire. However, a Knight's costs always tend to out way their ability to earn income. One should not pursue the path of Lordship unless they have the available resources to do so. There are less armor, clothing and skill restrictions placed upon them. This comes with huge responsibility. A Lord is expected to be a prime example of the guild's guideline for role-playing a European medieval character. His role-playing abilities are outstanding. Along with the King's approval, a Lord rank can only be attained by Captains, Knights, and top-ranking Magi.

All weapons are allowed including melee and rangers.

However, when mounted, A Lord is under the same guideline as a Calvary man; he is never to flee from battle unless ordered to do so by the Commander or King. No items of samurai or elven heritage. Please use judgment in this area. You may use an item so long as it cannot be seen on your character or if it appears European medieval in design. As a player of a Lord character in Inethria, you are required to have access to resources capable of assisting other members of the guild. This includes a blacksmith, arms and armor suitable to give to new members, and general wealth in order to properly encourage the growth of the Kingdom.

****NOTE****  The skill restrictions for this class are repeated to imply the importance. A Lord of Inethria has an unlimited pool of role-play possibilities and the player has the ability to create their own, unique style. However, the role-play must be approved by a more experienced Lord or King. A Lord is an important example to both guild member and outsiders alike. This is to be taken into account when doing anything with your character.
