***Ale Cocktail***
4 oz. Ale 4 oz. Cola
Stir all ingredients, serve in beer glass.

"Aaah, good choice Judi!
Enjoy your Apricot Sour."

***Apricot Sour***
1 1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy 1 1/2 oz. Sweet and sour mix 1 1/2 oz. Orange juice
Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

***Chickasaw Cocktail***
1 oz. Southern Comfort 1 oz. gold rum 1/2 oz. curacao 1 tsp. lemon juice Several dashes of orange bitters
Mix all ingredients with crushed ice in a blender, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

"Serv'n up another fine choice, now!"

***Irish Cream***
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 2 cups Irish Whiskey 1 Tblsp. vanilla extract 3 fresh eggs 3 Tblsp. chocolate syrup
Mix all ingredients into a blender and run for 3 minutes. Refrigerate 5-7 days to age. Keep refrigerated. Serve in a pony glass or in coffee. Makes 1 quart.

***Irish Kilt***
1 oz. Irish Whiskey 1 oz. Scotch 1 oz. Lemon juice 1 1/2 oz. sugar syrup
Shake with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

***Irish Shillelagh***
1 1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey 1 /2 oz. Sloe gin 1/2 oz. Light rum 1 oz. Lemon juice 2 peaches, sliced 6 fresh raspberries Maraschino Cherry
Mix 1st 5 ingredients with crushed ice in blender. Pour into a chilled Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with berries & cherry.

***Rob Roy***
1 1/2 oz. Scotch 3/4 oz. sweet vermouth
Stir all ingredients with crushed ice, strain into cocktail glass.

***Tequila Collins***
1 1/2 oz. tequila 1 oz. lemon juice Club soda Sugar syrup, enough for taste Marachino cherry
Fill a 14 oz. Collins glass will ice cubes. Add tequila, lemon juice, sugar syrup. Stir well. Fill will club soda and garnish with cherries.

***The Flying Scotchman***
1 oz. Scotch 1 oz. sweet vermouth 1 dash bitters 1/4 tsp. sugar syrup
Stir all ingredients with crushed ice, strain into cocktail glass.
