someone who is.  The items lists below should give
you some good ideas

                    Can openers:  one electric and one handheld
                    Coffee pot
                    Food processor

                   Baking Equipment
                   Cake server:  utensil used for serving a slice of cake.
                   Cake dish
                   Cake pans:  (3) 9" round cake pans.  (1) 10" bundt pan.  (1) 13" x 9" x 2"
                                        pan.  (1) 8" or 9" square pan.
                   Cookie sheets:  at least (2) 15" x 10" x 1".  Having 4,speeds up time in the kitchen.
                                        Use only for cookies or jelly rolls
                   Loaf Pan:  9" x 5" x 3"
                   Measuring cups: one set for liquid and one set for dry ingredients.
                   Measuring spoons
                   Mixing spoons
                   Mixing bowls
                   Muffin pans:  (2) 2" in diameter.  Also used for cupcakes.
                   Pastry bags & tips
                   Pastry blender
                   Pie pans:  at least (2) 9" in diameter & (1) 10" deep pie pan.  
                   Rolling Pin
                   Shape cutters
                   Sifter
                   Spatula: rubber
                   Spring form pan:  for cheese cake, etc.
                   Wire racks:  for cooling cakes and cookies.

                   Pots & Pans
                   Pots: 1 quart, 2 quart, 3 quart sauce pans with lids. A large Dutch oven with lid.
                             Skillets with lids, 6, 8, and 10 inch; nonstick.
                   Casserole dishes
                   Baking sheet:  (1) 15" x 10" x 1".  Not to be used for cookies.
                   Roasting pan with lid and rack
                   Pizza Pans:  (2) 12" in diameter. I prefer the metal ones with holes; inexpensive
                                        and cooks the pizza thoroughly.
                   Tea Kettle
                   Wok

                   Apple corer
                   Bottle opener: one for non-twist lids and one for wine bottles.
                   Cheese slicer
                   Colander:  for draining foods
                   Corkskrew
                   Corn holders
                   Cutting Board
                   Funnels: one small and one large
                   Grater:  with multiple types of holes
                   Ice Cream scooper
                   Ice pick
                   Knives:  Bread, Boning or utility knife, Butcher, Large slicing knife and a paring.
                                  A set of steak knives.

                   Ladle:  for liquids, soups etc.

                   Pitcher:  2quart and 1 quart
