In this Personal web site Mr. R.Kannan, a retired bank executive, settled at Hyderabad, India,

1. initially starts describing his career-long crusade against Corporate Corruption in the Nationalised Bank he served

2. On his retirement in 1996, he has programmed his Life After Retirement to pursue his keen interest in the fields of banking, finance and management and to promote the cause of his fellow Bankmen in service.

In pursuance of this desire, he has addressed Bankmen his message describing The Six Step, Twenty Point Service Code & Ethics for their own security and progress.

3. Based on the Twenty-Points Service Code the site has given shape to his further initiatives on projects on Service Hardships seeking solutions for diverse problems faced by honest and dedicated employees in the discharge of their duties.

4. In another endeavour titled "Learning Circle" he covers essential educational topics under Banking, Finance and Management to be of benefit to the Officers, as a supplementary source of reference and guidance.

5. Indian Banking is the core field of our interest. The subject is covered through extensive number of articles highlighting the diverse developments that are currently taking place

The group significance is explained in the Home Page. These will be the course of activity of Mr.Kannan to peruse in fulfillment of his post-retirement mission in life.
