| Christchurch
is often described as the most English of New Zealand's cities. Christchurch
is famous for gardens of geraniums, chrysanthemums and carefully edged lawns. The first panorama is taken in the Botanic Gardens. We went there in the evening when the sky was quite gloomy. So we only took one panorama and to be honest, it does not do justice to the beautiful flowers displayed there. The second panorama is taken at the Christchurch Cathedral Square. See the Cathedral? (Sorry the camera does not have wide angle lens, so we were not able to capture more of the building). We climbed the 133 steps to the viewing balconies. |
