At The Rivers Bend by Randy L. Redmond Source: Tears rolling down the Heartstring, (2004) p.11 A gentle wind blows through the trees As a cloud floats across the sun A shadow moves by Like the wind and the sky Makes you see blue As a leaf falls across the view Who knew what the river could do At the days end I take a walk at the rivers bend Right down the path where calm waters flow Warm winds blow What do they send warm flowing thoughts? At the rivers bend The warm sun heats up the ground As a girl sets getting a tan A bird flies over her head She throws food in the air As the trees start to blow You know what the water will do Sending ripples through the water At the rivers bend There, you can take your dreams So they will come true ---------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------- (Copyright(c) 2004 by Randy L.
