The Army-NASA scandal began in 1987 when an
engineering student from New Jersey was set-up, manipulated, played, into accepting a civilian
aerospace intern position with the U.S. Army Propulsion Directorate at NASA-Lewis Research Center. The engineering student didn't
solicite the Army___a mysterious colonel and
administrator called the student and FISHED using the promise of a lucrative career as an aerospace engineer.

Lewis Research Center is located adjacent to
Cleveland Hopkins Airport in Ohio. Lewis is CESS-Martian Agency and destroys human employees as a rule!

USAPD Director: John Acurio, Chief Aero Components: Ret. Col. Gilbert Weden, Senior Engineers: Peter Meitner, Mark Valco, Engineering Intern: Teresa Kline conspired along with the other defendants in order to have Wayne Manzo framed by the CESS(Cultural Elite SS) Alien Agency.
Wayne was framed, tried, and convicted without due
process nor even told what his crime was.
The CESS Alien Agency framed, caught and convicted Wayne
as being a 100% human being. This is not acceptable
at NASA-Lewis because Lewis is an all "CESS Alien Agency"
research center.
His sentence is that of slavery on the street
with the very possibility of being given the
death penalty. Death by disease, accident,
or violent crime__all caused by the "Alien Agency".
When the human is caught and incarcerated(usually
illegally) they are denied all rights and
are considered prisoners of war. Death by extreme violence while incarcerated is common in the United States.

The U.S. Army Propulsion Directorate is located at the
NASA-Lewis Research Center, Cleveland. Shortly after
the engineering student(Wayne Manzo) was framed
and fired(September '88) the Propulsion Directorate's name was changed to The Vehicle Propulsion Directorate and Dr. Robert Bill replaced John Acurio as Director.
And, in March of 1999 LeRC was officially referred
to as the "NASA-Glenn Research Center". The name change was allegedly in commemoration of

The first being to remove the name "Lewis" from the reseach center's name___although it is still commonly referred to as "Lewis".

(i.e., Helicopter propulsion, Bell UH-1 aka "HUEY") at NASA-LEWIS__Also,
the name "Huey P. Lewis" is very significant in American "Civil Rights" history.
The second is the encoded meaning of the word "Glenn".

Why was the intern student set-up? The explanation
is some-what complicated but simplifies significantly
when you understand the scientific fact that humans
are living in a world controlled and occupied by
an "Alien Race". And__this race of aliens doesn't
exactly like humans__in fact they hate human beings and hunt, trap, assimilate, enslave, and destroy
them. So, why was the engineering student framed at LeRC and thrown out of society? Answer: He is a human
being__a smart, curious human being. Very dangerous
to the CESS Alien Race.
Previous research speculated concerning the
student's wealthy estranged relatives hatred towards
him because they felt he was gay or different and
were afraid that he would become successful as
an engineer. This speculation is inaccurate in
that it is a well established fact that the
engineering student is heterosexual but it is
also a well established fact that the engineering
student would never knowingly have sexual relations
with alien women__and based on available research
concerning the alien race__refusal of having sex with alien women is the same thing as being gay. Contrary to popular
culture save "Sex in the City" or the
hived sections of the "burbs" is not possible for human beings unless you
are more interested in dying than
living. All "social(?) diseases are
caused by the Martian Race and the
so called "AIDS, HIV(Hive) epidemic
is the result of a highly systematic
Martian plan to exterminate humans
who are sexually active. Sex with
Martians usually results in slow death
by disease or quick death by fatal
mysterious disease, strange accident,
or violent crime.

a fake "Martian" family and you are
assured of a child who either dies
early in life, ends up in a life either
economic misery, crime, hospitalized-institutionalized, or murdered.
Was his name on some sort of "LIST"? A list
of human beings known as "RESISTERS"? Intelligent, educated, humans who would never willingly assimilate into the alien race or accept it's agenda of enslaving and assimilating humans on Earth. A list of people that would educate and organize human beings in revolt against the "Master Race" of aliens. Apparently so.
When he was a political prisoner in Nevada('92-'93)
being experimented on___similar to the work of Dr. Joseph Mengele___the student was called "Nazi" and
"Hitler". The student, Wayne Manzo, was also referred to as "Hitler" by Dr. Gulan, Head of the Health Center at LeRC. These comments
by Dr. Gulan occurred in 1988 shortly before the
engineering student was fired by the U.S. Army.
Was Hitler also a resister of the alien race?
The aliens would like humans to think so but further
research on A. Hitler is needed before a conclusion
can be scientifically reached. As the reader will
discover, much(all) of the documented history of
human life was and is documented by those of the
alien race.

No, it doesn't explain the seemingly collective behavior at LeRC(the threats and strange comments by Army and NASA co-workers), the strange behavior by the news media, and civil rights attorneys, and the very strange behavior of the minute spectrum of the public that the student is forced to interact with while on the streets.

student was manipulated into the employment position with the U.S. Army at LeRC and then framed and "Taken Down Unfairly"(TWAT) because he is a smart human
being who is considered a RESISTER and a
threat to the collective alien race that is controlling
(and destroying) the United States. The wealthy estranged family must be categorized accordingly as
members of the alien CESS race__and this is a plausible
reason for their behavior and hatred.

Bramley we find that Bramley is afraid to call the
alien race by its proper name. He refers to them
as "Custodians of the human world" as opposed to their
more accurate scientific label as "Wardens of the human world". And Bramley fails to indicate that the
alien race hates and kills humans with impunity

Who are they? Where do they come from? Why are they here? And why are they hunting and killing human
beings? A subject matter such as this requires the slow and methodical scientific discovery process. This material is not easily digested or understood by non-scientific human beings___even long in the tooth anthropologists, sociologists, and behavioral science

they finally surrender to the truth. We are not
alone and the aliens that assimilated into human

The program aired in 1997 and was called
The Alien Autopsy. Frakes made numerous implications concerning the fact that if the aliens are here then they most probably look like you and me.
And, as this news story unfolds, this same concept
or idea will arise over and over again. What kind
of human beings would frame a poor engineering student,
put him in a comatose state, chase him around the
country, chemically castrate him, and keep him
on the streets of the major American cities for
more than eleven years___and threaten
him with genital mutilation, maiming, and
violent murder. And, what kind of human beings
