The engineering intern, Wayne E. Manzo, met with
the N.A.S.A. LeRC Director Mr. John Klineberg
(Borg?) and discussed the hostile environment
at the Army Office. The smart engineering student
from New Jersey also requested that Klineberg
assist him in remaining at LeRC__albeit, as a
NASA engineer. Klineberg insisted that the Army
Propulsion Directorate(Acurio, Weden, etc...)
wasn't going to terminate the intern and that he
should ignore the hostile threats and games being
played in the office__brushing such things aside
as petty office politics. Of course Klineberg and
the rest of the CESS-Aliens at LeRC were fully
aware of the intern's fate as a result of falling
into their "human intern" employment trap!
By not interferring or intervening, Klineberg allowed
the human intern to succumb to the CESS-Alien death
trap(termination, T.W.A.T.(Tortured With Alien Technology), poverty, homelessness, then violent death).
Klineberg quickly left LeRC for a position at
N.A.S.A. Goddard Space Center in Maryland. He later
left Goddard for a stint in the aviation industry.
It should be noted that Klineberg was given the top
slot at LeRC shortly before the human engineering intern, Wayne Manzo, arrived at LeRC for the
GS-7(very low pay) job with the Army.

Klineberg left LeRC in 1990 and accepted a position
at NASA-Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland.
Of course Klineberg accepted the top slot at the
NASA facility. Klineberg was director from 1990 to
1994 when he resigned and accepted a position in
the private industry with Loral(one of the big players in telecommunications and satellites).
In 1999 he was named president of Space Systems
Loral and retired in 2001.
Meanwhile, the former Army-LeRC intern was being
attacked by the CESS-Alien race(purple haze,
fried clothes and body, fried skin, cooked automobile),
chased around the country, illegally incarcerated(
Las Vegas after filing a federal civil rights complaint
against the U.S. Army at LeRC), chemically castrated
because he was carrying the "human seed". The CESS-Alien phrase for being attacked by the CESS-Aliens
is "Taken Down Unfairly"(T.D.U.). The human scientific
phrase is "Tortured With Alien Technology"(T.W.A.T.).
In 1990 we find that Klineberg left NASA-LeRC and
the new LeRC Director became "Larry Ross". More on
Larry later. Ross remained at LeRC until 1994 when
he passed the reigns to the man who would become
the first African American NASA Director.
In 1994 Donald Campbell became the first
African American NASA Director. After what is
being exposed in Mansue.com concerning the savage
CESS-Aliens and NASA__this might be a step backwards
for African Americans. In August of 2003 Campbell
was selected as "NASA Deputy Special Assistant" which
means that if John Klineberg is getting tired of
the golfcourse____

After the engineering intern was trapped and
fired from the civilian Army position at NASA-LeRC
(1988) he was attacked by the
"Martian" race, put into a mind fog referred to as "Purple Haze", and then chased back to New Jersey.

In New Jersey it became apparent that his relatives were not only "X-Stranged" but that they were "Martians" and were acting as agents of LeRC and the U.S. Army. While in New Jersey the "human" engineering student was being manipulated and tortured(T.W.A.T.) and
attempted to contact attorneys and media concerning
the retaliation by his former gov't employer.
Unfortunately the media and many of the attorneys
are "Martians" and do not provide assistance to
humans who are being sacrificed by their alien race.
Note: the word "Martian" is defined by any humanoid
that is telepathic, collectively thinking, can scan
and control the minds of humans, and who can destroy
humans swiftly and efficiently with "Martian" technology.
And that, unfortunately, is a description of 50-60% of the
beings in the United States.
While in the confused neurological state as a result
of "purple haze" and the continuous physical
torture by the CESS-Aliens, the student was also
a victim of a vicious psychological campaign of
harassment and emotional distress being waged by New York "Martian" celebrities Howard Stern,
Madonna Ci(a)ccone, and the "Alien Agency" media.

In the 1995 movie "Desparately Seeking Susan"(DSS)
Susan Seidelman and writer Leora Barish encode
information about the CESS-Alien race__and Madonna.
Although not mentioned by name in the movie, the
movie script indicates that Madonna's nemesis, who
is chasing her around Manhattan, is called:
"Wayne the Gangster". Who really wrote
the movie? Louise Veronica Ciconne.

Why do these media stars target human beings that
are being destroyed by the CESS-Alien Agency? Because
it is their job and the perks like 20 years on the
pop-music charts for Madonna and no competition
in the morning radio show arena for Howard Stern
(not to mention the zillions Stern made when Viacom
purchased CBS__and Stern's pal Mel Karmazin
became CEO of Viacom. Yes, Stern, we all know those
stocks are worth millions. And remember, Infinity
Broadcasting[CESS-R-US] owns Viacom).
Psychologically harassed and tormented by Madonna
and Howard Stern__while under "purple haze" and
being "Tortured With Alien Technology"(T.W.A.T.)__
the former LeRC intern engineer must have been
a very neurologically tough human to withstand that
kind of punishment! From Howard Stern talking about
his "gonadal pains" on his morning K-Rock radio
show while the intern from LeRC's testicles where
being fried by the CESS-Aliens to Madonna singing
songs like "My Baby's Got a Secret" and "You'll See"
along with docu-dramas called "Truth or Deer",
"Body of Evidence", and "Dangerous Game".
(In the docu-drama "Truth or Deer" Madonna exposes humans with small genitals and rectums that are lacerated via CESS-Alien technology)
It appears as if these CESS media psychos are very
compatible.
And speaking of two of them, you can bet that there are at lease two CESS-Alien Howard Sterns and at least two CESS-Alien Madonnas walking this Earth.

The student tried to file an
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission complaint
in 1990 in response to the Army's retaliatory tactics...they locked him up the day before he could mail the EEOC complaint. This was the first time the student was illegally incarcerated as a political prisoner. Note: Defendant
Brian Manzo(and others) conspired with the Army defendants facilitating the illegal incarcerated; i.e. Brian Manzo provided fraudulent documents to the authorities. It should also be noted that Brian Manzo was employed forSRA International, Arlington, VA, during this period.

Approximately one year later(1992) the student filed a federal civil rights complaint CV-92-3553(Newark) which resulted in the student being chased across the country and detained as a political prisoner in Las Vegas Nevada for 360 days___Col. Gilbert Weden appeared at the Henderson, NV jail(where the former NASA-LeRC intern
was initially detained) and made numerous threats
concerning killing the intern.
Reference Editorials concerning interesting evidence about U.S. Army Col Kurtz(Weden) and some other major political CESS players who have made the national headlines.
Interestingly enough, when the former gov't intern
was illegally detained in Henderson he was able
to telephone various NASA-Lerc offices and tip them
off concerning his illegally incarceration. Also, he
as able to telephone his X-tranged relatives and
requested the release of his inheritence so that he
could pay the $500.00 bail bond. NASA-Lerc failed
to contact the FBI or the FBI failed to act on the
information concerning the former gov't intern's
illegal political incarceration. Also, the student's
X-tranged relatives refused to release his inheritance,
resulting in 360 days of continuous torture and
castration__the executor of the will? X-tranged
CESS-Alien sibling Kathryn Jederlinich who was
then residing in Oregon. CESS-Alien Kathryn Jederlinich, previously knew of the plan to castrate(read: genocide of human seed) the gov't intern. During a telephone conversation in 1989, CESS defendant Jederlinich told the student that he "could always adopt" and "that he was going to be sterilized".

While the former LeRC engineer, Wayne Manzo,
was publishing mansue.com at the public
library in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati,
CESS-Alien Mark Jederlinich's presence via the CESS
librarians(reference the movie: "Fallen" staring
Denzel Washington and the movie "True Believers"
with Martin Sheen) was felt often. And, we find that a few interesting figures in the national media fit the description of CESS Jederlinich which cements the
fact that Oregon based Jederlinich is a major CESS
player(read: master of humans). Mark Jederlinich employee at CESS Alien Hewlett Packard(Northwestern
Oregon) had or has very similar facial characteristics
of the murdered "Jim Henson"(taken down unfairly) and
the murdered "Mr Madonna Robert Dewey Hoskins", a drifter from Oregon who was shot numerous times by Madonna Ciconne's body guard and sentence to 10 years in prison(read: he's dead).

The student was purposely denied counsel and procedural due proces and "Tortured With Alien Technology"(T.W.A.T.) while incarcerated. He was released from the illegal incarceration(360 days) on November 5, 1994 when a Las Vegas attorney intervened.
While incarcerated the former NASA-LeRC intern
was chemically castrated__killing or mutating his
human seed and grossly deforming his body.
When he left the Clark County Detention Center he had dropped from a weight of 165 pounds down to that of 140 and look like an Auschwitz Survivor.
It would appear that the intervening attorney was not a "good Samaritan" or "Do Gooder" but was a CESS-Agency plant.
If the attorney had not intervened the student would have been release from jail via a federal habeus corpus petition which had already been filed; and in addition to gaining his freedom, the student's name, and case information, would have made the law books and he would have quite possible, finally, obtained story coverage via the main stream news media.
All of this would have equated to a very sensational and lucrative civil rights complaint against Clark County, Nevada. Instead, the student was released and the intervening attorney refused to take his civil rights case against the county concerning the illegal incarceration, the illegal chemical experimentation, and other human rights violations. The student was left homeless, friendless, and once again___on the mean streets of a strange city___Sin City Las Vegas.
The Eighth Judicial Court Judge
(Dept. 13(13?), Judge Thomas Foley), Clark County, died shortly after presiding over the case. Judge Foley allegedly died of a rare brain disease. Based on research about the CESS Alien Race___Judge Foley's death, and its timing, can be categorized
as "murder". A similar type of CESS-Alien killing occurred when celebrity movie critic Gene Siskel
was murdered. Gene Siskel, of the popular television
program Siskel and Ebert at the Movies was
"Taken Down Unfairly" by the CESS-Alien race. The
coroner states death due to brain cancer but research
has proven that most diseases and cancers, or symptoms
of such, are caused by the CESS-Alien race killing
human beings.

Another interesting investigation concerns the various bizare news stories that occurred during the students illegal incarceration in Nevada(1993-1994). Clue: President Bill Clinton's Chief Counsel Vince Foster, did not execute himself and
the David Koresh Branch Dividian Masacre both have the "M.O." of the "CESS-Alien" race.
While the student was illegally incarcerated he was tortured continously, denied legal counsel and
procedural due process(read political imprisonment).
The CESS-Aliens also
illegally experimented on him while incarcerated
in Nevada. He was given food containing radioactive isotopes(the CESS called it "heavy metal", "hot sauce" and "liquid love") which resulted in chemical castration(destruction of the gonads kiling
or mutating sperm and testosterone producing cells) and physiological disfigurement. The CESS-Aliens said they were going to make the former Army employee straight! Since the CESS-Aliens hunt human beings,
trap them, then "take them down unfairly" using
"Alien Technology"__the end result being death on
the streets or buchered while incarcerated, it is
interesting that the gov't intern wasn't slaughtered
while a political prisoner in Nevada. Perhaps the
various violent news events that occurred while the
student was a prisoner could explain why he wasn't
murdered while incarcerated.
Special Note: A man named "Foster" drove his
truck through a federal government building in Las Vegas and started shooting__was this a threat against
the CESS-Aliens concerning their human political
prisoner?
What is the revelance between the gov't intern's
political incarceration and the somewhat bizare news stories that occured during the same period? Remember the gov't intern(read: Chandra Levy) was a political prisoner during the transition period when Republican President George Herbert Walker Bush was leaving office and Democrat William Jefferson Clinton entered office. Note: according to the NY Post, there
is a true news story related to President William
Jefferson Clinton concerning the mechanical castration of a man who allegedly raped a woman associated with
the Clintons. The CESS NY Post article definitely
needs additional research.
Was the former Army employee's federal civil rights
complaint the only federal lawsuit filed that exposes
the CESS-Alien Agency and the fact that he was hunted,
trapped, and being "taken down unfairly" by the CESS
Race? Yes. Were both of these presidents and their attorney generals notified of this case? Both CESS
presidents knew of the case. Why didn't they or the Department of Justice(read: Department of Injustice and Federal Bureau of Incompetence) intervene? Answer: the federal government has been invaded by the C.A.R.(CESS Alien Race) and the alien race's agenda is the systematic enslavement and eventual genocide
of the human race.
