In October of 1992 the former engineering intern, Wayne Manzo, filed a federal civil rights complaint in Newark, New Jersey against employees at the U.S. Army Propulsion Directorate - Lerc and also named President George Bush as a defendant__rightfully so. The former LeRC intern had been chased back to New Jersey, was continually being played by the CESS-Alien Race, and was being attacked by the CESS-Aliens(Tortured With Alien Technology[T.W.A.T.]).

(Boston, Mass.) — Daniel S. Goldin, former administrator of NASA, has accepted Boston University’s offer to become its ninth president. Goldin will take office at the nation’s fourth-largest independent university on Nov. 1.

a "re-animate".
Her body was found approximately a year later
near the Klingle Mansion in Washington, DC__
She was obviously murdered by the

Teresa Kline(if that is her real name) is what is known as a CESS-Alien Agency Nazi Bitch, a Jewish American Alien Princess, or what people in the investigative business refer to as "a CESS-Alien plant". Note the New Jersey Medical Association
advertisement in the Bergen Record(New Jersey). The
female looks like Kline and juxtaposed are the words
"STRESS" and "WAYNE". The word "Stress" means the
same thing as "Tortured With Alien Technology"(T.W.A.T.). Very interesting targeting
but very consistent with the CESS-Alien race.
Kline is allegedly from a wealthy Akron family and appeared in the Army Office at LeRC shortly after
Wayne Manzo arrived. A keen observer would find that
her presence at the Army Office was not coincidental
but premeditated and calculated. Kline was allegedly
completing her graduate degree at the University of
Akron while simultaneously working at LeRC. A smart
investigator would raise these questions:
