Cracker Crisps Ingredients: 1 cup whole wheat or rye flour 1/4 cup soy flour 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/3 cup water 1/2 teaspoon bone meal

Directions:

Mix the vegetable oil with the water. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Roll out on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
