Welcome to Mutant League 2009!
The Mutant League tournament was begun on Comic Book Resources' X-Books forum in 2003 by SOBO and has since become an annual event. In 2004 and 2005 it was organized by Sheldon. And in 2006, as Sheldon was swamped with law school, I volunteered to administer the competition.
Some new items to note this year:
1. The draft list includes all X-characters and currently powered mutants. But this year the draft list has been expanded to include hundreds of additional depowered or dead mutants.
2. Teams may have up to seven characters. However, a select number of characters are worth multiple characters spots. These include telepaths, magic users, cosmic level types, etc..
