If you are visiting The New Bread and Water website and are a “born-again” Christian, I want to encourage you to continue in the faith. If you are here and have not taken this step in your life and have not received Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and Lord, I urge you to do so by taking the following steps.
ADMIT that you are a sinner. God says, “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23) “There is no one righteous, not even one. There is no one who does good, not even one.” (Romans 3:10 and 12b)
REPENT of your sins, for it is written, “unless you repent, you too will all perish.” (Luke 13:3) Also, “unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 18:3) “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23) “Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.” (Hebrews 9:27-28) “Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out.” (Acts 3:19)
BELIEVE that Jesus died for your sins, for it is written, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)
CONFESS that Jesus Christ is your Lord, for it is written, “That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.” (Romans 10:9-10) “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9)
RECEIVE him into your heart and life today, for it is written, “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.” (Revelation 3:20)
You can receive Jesus Christ into your heart right now. Your sins can be forgiven and you can begin living a new life in Christ. The Lord Jesus invites you to receive him into your heart and life. To receive Christ as your Savior and make him your Lord pray the following prayer: Dear Lord Jesus, I ask you to come into my heart and forgive my sins and give me eternal life. I believe that God raised you from the dead and I now receive you as my Lord and Savior. Amen.
