Chili

1 pound lean ground beef
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can ranch style beans
1 can rotel, mild
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 package mild chili seasoning
1 package hidden valley dry ranch mix

Cook ground beef and drain.
Place all ingredients in to crock pot. Do not drain beans.
Stir together and cook on low through out the day.
Makes about 8 to 10 cups. One cup serving is 4 points:)



5 Can Chili

In a crockpot dump:

1 15.5oz can of black beans
1 15.5oz pinto beans
1 medium sized drained can of corn niblets
1 can of diced tomatoes, with juice
4T of tomato paste
stir it all up

Cut 8oz of lean pork loin into 3/4 inch cubes and add to the crockpot. Stir.

Add in salt & pepper and your favorite chili powder, cumin, cayenne, etc... to your taste.

Put the lid on and leave on low for 8 to 10 hours

It should make six 1 cup servings at 4 points each.



Salsa Crock Pot Chops

4 boneless pork chops
15 oz. can black beans
3/4 cup salsa

Place chops in crock pot. Cover with black beans and salsa.
Cook on low through out the day.

Serves 4 people. Points per serving: 4 Yummy!:)
